Lost / Stolen Handsets
In the event that you have lost or had stolen your company mobile then we urge you to call the number on your bill and register this with the network. If you have any insurance policies then you will need to contact the police with 48 hours and report the theft so you can receive a crime reference number that your insurance company will need to process your replacement handset.

Mobile phone not turning on?
In the event that your mobile is not switching on please first try another charger to see if that starts charging the battery. If this does not work try another battery from a similar type of handset (please make sure the batteries are the same type) If this does not work please fill in the box on our contact us page and give as much information as possible about when it stopped working

Not receiving e-mails?
The first thing to try is to perform a hard reset, this means turning your phone off and removing your battery waiting for a couple of minutes then insert the battery and turn on and try your e mails. (i-phone users turning your i-phone off will suffice)

Please also check to see if you are receiving e mails on your PC.  If these have stopped then the fault may be with your ISP.

If you have an IT department please make sure they are not updating the company servers or running maintenance programs. If none of the above has helped then please fill in the box contact us page and we will call you back within 2 hours.

Dropped or broken handsets
In the event you have dropped or your phone has been in contact with liquid then we can arrange to get these handsets repaired and in some instances we can offer a loan phone during this period (dependant on loan phones available) We endeavour to have all phones repaired within 3-5 working days. Dropped or liquid damaged handsets are NOT covered under your manufactures warranty and all repairs will need to be paid for before collection or delivery.

I am going abroad for business / vacation what action do you recomend to keep my costs down

Firstly if you have a smart device, ie Blackberry or I-Phone or a phone on those lines then we suggest you turn off your data connection (this will be in your settings) doing this will stop your e mails or face book notifications will stop the cost of using data abroad as this is not included within your monthly package. Secondly please remember while your sat on the beach that you WILL pay to receive calls so make all calls brief and to the point this way you will enjoy your holiday more plus not come home to large mobile phone bills.
